1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Lagos Buka website, placing an order, or dining at our restaurant, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Orders and Payments
All orders placed through our website or in-person are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are displayed in US Dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets. Payment must be completed at the time of placing an online order.
3. Reservations
Table reservations can be made online or by phone. We hold reserved tables for up to 15 minutes past the reservation time before releasing them to walk-in guests. For parties of 6 or more, please contact us directly. Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours in advance.
4. Delivery and Pickup
Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary based on traffic, weather, and kitchen order volume. Pickup orders must be collected within 30 minutes of the estimated readiness time to ensure food quality. Lagos Buka is not responsible for food quality degradation if pickup is delayed.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Online orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the kitchen has not yet started preparing the food. If there is an issue with your order (missing items, incorrect preparation, quality concerns), please notify us within 1 hour of receiving your order, and we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, menu descriptions, and design — is the property of Lagos Buka and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Lagos Buka strives to provide accurate menu information, including dietary and allergen tags (e.g., low-FODMAP, refined sugar-free). However, cross-contamination may occur. Guests with severe allergies are advised to inform staff when ordering. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lagos Buka shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
